Delvin and Louise
The Grove is a busy, bustling, fully licensed, family run café-restaurant serving creative yet unpretentious food. A blend of contemporary and classic dishes from around the world, freshly cooked to order with love and care. During the winter months (Oct-Mar) we offer a traditional Sunday and vegetarian roast every weekend.
A step inside will reveal our open kitchen and 3 dining areas, the cosy front section, our light and sunny conservatory and during warm weather you can also choose to dine al fresco on our decked terrace with, undoubtedly, the best views of the estuary and beyond!

ASIAN NIGHTS

Great Food, Fine Wines, Relaxed Atmosphere and for you NO STRESS AND NO COOKING ....
Private Dinner or Lunch Parties - Our conservatory area can seat up to 25-30 people ( for a private dinner party or lunch and is an ideal way of getting all your friends and family together or colleagues for a meal without you having to lift a finger!! We can tailor make a menu to suit your requirements and then you just relax and leave the rest to us. See our testimonials page for genuine comments from past customers on how they enjoyed their evenings. We do also hire out the entire restaurant in the evening but only for larger parties (circa 50) and this would be for a hot and cold buffet.
FISH AND CHIPS
THURSDAY NIGHTS FROM 7PM (exc themed nights)
Imagine a light, golden and crispy beer batter, succulent haddock and fries cooked to perfection served with a caper and dill sauce. You can now enjoy this EVERY THURSDAY NIGHT FROM 7PM - only at The Grove. Many customers have said it is "the best fish and chips they have ever had!".
CHRISTMAS DINNER MENU
25th Nov - 18th Dec
We know it seems early as apparently we are still in the months of summer (not that you would know that given the current weather!!) but many of you may be thinking soon about having a special Christmas meal with either colleagues or family so we wanted to make our menu available early. This is for dinner only but during this time many of the dishes on the black boards will be more festive. Hope you can join us.
