The Grove is a busy, bustling, fully licensed, family run café-restaurant serving creative yet unpretentious food. A blend of contemporary and classic dishes from around the world, freshly cooked to order with love and care. During the winter months (Oct-Mar) we offer a traditional Sunday and vegetarian roast every weekend.
A step inside will reveal our open kitchen and 3 dining areas, the cosy front section, our light and sunny conservatory and during warm weather you can also choose to dine al fresco on our decked terrace with, undoubtedly, the best views of the estuary and beyond!

Private Dinner or Lunch Parties - Our conservatory area can seat up to 25-30 people for a private dinner party or lunch and is an ideal way of getting all your friends and family together or colleagues for a meal without you having to lift a finger!! We can tailor make a menu to suit your requirements and then you just relax and leave the rest to us. NEW TO THURSDAY NIGHTS
Due to OVERWHELMING demand The Grove´s unrivalled Fish and Chips will now be available EVERY Thursday evening from 7pm. What makes it so special is our light and crisp beer batter which sells out EVERY time it appears on our Specials Board. Therefore booking is HIGHLY recommended. 01702 471383 There will, of course, be lots of other specials available as well as our ever popular salads and mezze plates. OUR CHOSEN CHARITY

As you may have read for the last four years we have chosen to support this simple yet effective fund raising event to help those most needy and vulnerable in our community. We are delighted to announce that this year our customers raised a staggering 1653.62!! Each and every penny of this money will go to HARP (Homeless Action Resource Project) in Westcliff-on-Sea to help the many homeless people who use their fantastic services. Many thanks to you all for your generosity. x
